 This Labor Day weekend I went on vacation to Boone , NC. Our family vacationed with the whole Arthungals family in a luxirious cabin in the mountains. What good time it was! Now i not only miss the cabin but I miss the people! love you all!

 “The woods are lovely, dark and deep. But I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep.”

   In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple until combined. COver and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

   Roll into 1-in. balls; roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Yield: about 2 dozen.

  Wow! Summer time is going by with friends , fun , vacations , and a lot more. Its been so busy lately i havent had time to think that school is just around the corner! Well I hope summer lasts a little a longer and its pleasures till school comes again!
